Core-Tex Balance and Fall Prevention

With Core-Tex you always get balance "for free". This is our way of expressing that there is a degree of balance requirements in many Core-Tex moves. In this video, we share some exercises who's primary focus is not balance, but balance benefits are realized and highlighted in these 8 sample applications.

Balance is essentially a sub-category of reactive training.  You can't execute a purposeful recovery strategy until you first react to the change in the environment. Let Core-Tex help prime your nervous system and musculoskeletal system to meet balance needs across multiple scenarios.
