This session was Jim's first time on Core-Tex. We wanted to capture his golf swing before any Core-Tex exercises. Jim then completed 6 exercises using Core-Tex and a couple where we combined the True Stretch with Core-Tex. You'll see the dramatic difference in his backswing after he finishes.
