Our return policy is 30 days from the date of receipt, (based on delivery receipt from carrier.)  Unfortunately, return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Material Authorizations Number or RMA number must be requested via email to within the 30-day return window for returns and refunds to be reviewed for eligibility.  Upon receipt of your email, you will be contacted regarding potential next steps. 

To qualify for a return:  

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must receive an RMA number from  All returns must be in the original packaging. Any warranty return request for products not directly purchased through Reactive Training, LLC will require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have obtained an RMA number and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Next, contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for an RMA number prior to shipping the product.  Exchanges require an RMA number.  Exchanges should be shipped to: Reactive Training, 3425 5th Ave., Ste. 4, San Diego, California US 92103.

Unless return is due to warranty issues, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
