Core-Tex Knee Rehab Progressions

Aaron Snyder, Doctor of Physical Therapy from Strive Physical Therapy in San Diego shares early, intermediate and advanced Core-Tex applications for rehabilitating the knee.

Two exercises for each stage of knee recovery are provided for a total of 6 progressions.  Each exercise applies various strategies using the unique characteristics of the Core-Tex motion. These exercises can also be used for prehab or general knee health and are functionally integrated with the hip, ankle and foot.
