Core-Tex Sit is a nice addition of home-exercising equipment for anyone looking to improve their posture and alleviate back pain. It forces you to stay balanced while sitting, which helps keep muscles engaged and reduces the strain that static sitting often causes.

I've personally noticed an improvement in my posture and reduced tension in my lower back, you just gotta stay consistent!

I saw the core-Tex sit on instagram being used by a 5* rider and thought I’d give it a try. It has been the easiest tool to add to my toolkit and implement in my daily routine because it’s so simple, yet so effective! As a rider, my core strength and stability is extremely important. Changing disciplines from hunter to eventing, I was struggling to really find my seat. The core-tex sit has helped me really sit in the saddle and use my body correctly. I’ve had lots of close calls, but it’s much harder to get me out of the saddle now while jumping! My flat work/dressage has also dramatically improved. Highly recommend to everyone, but especially equestrians!

In my 32 years of PT practice, the Core-Tex is one of the few clinical devices that have proven to be a real breakthrough. At 76, almost 77, we were both stunned when I managed to pull off 12 Asian Squats, something I couldn't dream of doing before using the Core-Tex Sit. I use it as intended while watching TV, and I had another one on a music stand by my rowing machine for pre- and post-workout sessions, which now needs replacing. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

This thing is like a jack knife… it has so many uses. I am finding new exercises everyday. For golf it’s an absolute must. A completely novel approach to rotation. The Core-Tex should be at every golf course and in every trainers tool box!

I ordered the Core-Tex Sit which arrived on a Saturday. I used it twice that first day and immediately experienced significant pain relief. I was amazed. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which is a serious and highly painful genetic connective tissue disorder. And I’m sixty!

So imagine my surprise the next day when I had no lower back pain whatsoever. The same held true on Monday, Tuesday and every day thereafter. I’m now using it daily to prevent a return of that occasionally severe lower back pain which even made sitting on my couch unbearable. It’s also clearly strengthening my back, hips and abs which furthers its protective benefit and usefulness going forward. Plus, it’s enjoyable to use because it makes sitting an easy workout. I like to fidget, and this is perfect for it.

I can attest this is an excellent product for people who sit too much, even if they’re otherwise active, or those who want to prevent and/or treat the lower back problems that typically accompany aging.

I really like this Core-Tex Sit. I wake up with back pain and tightness every morning and sitting on this and doing some movements helps me feel much better and loosens me up.

The Core-Tex sit is the perfect tool to use with patients that have problems with weak core muscles and impaired ability to maintaining sitting balance. Great tool and I’ll be looking to purchase the bigger version soon!

This feedback is based on my 87 year old Mother’s review since she has monopolized my Core-Tex Sit since it arrived. She keeps the booklet right near her chair and practices the exercises every time she sits at her computer. She loves the Core-Tex Sit and believes in this short time of using it, her low back feels stronger and experiences fewer occasions of any aches. The second Core-Tex Sit was loaned to our friend/chiropractor who believes the concept of design is ingenious. He asked to borrow the Core-Tex Sit to use with some of his select patients.
