It's so versatile. I just used it today with a scapular stability progression!

I have debated for several months about this piece of equipment- it is reasonably pricey ( I got it on special for around $800 aud) it felt like a big outlay for a product that may not deliver. I have listened loads of folks who have raved about it.

I love that this piece of equipment can be so functional for so many folks. Here it’s used with a harness which to someone needing the support but to have under their feet the variable random movement it must feel brilliant. It did to me when I stepped on for the first time I am a no surfer, rollerblader, skier and I felt like I was doing those things. It was exhilarating

I just got mine and my body is in love with the fun factor of the variable movement.

The ankle I broke just over a year ago is already feeling more like my non broken ankle. I had done an amazing job on rehab with the Feldenkrais and roll model therapy skills I bought alongside playing in the therapy pool , but my ankle still was obviously loud in difference in my awareness. That has reduced substantially after literally playing with movement in about 5 - 3-5 minute sessions today.

So happy I did the investment already.
